Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP)

These classes will help you learn how to control your diabetes, stay healthy and enjoy a full life.  This is a free peer-led educational program.  Please call (307) 872-3223 with questions and to RSVP.  A pre-registration packet is available at the center.  We ask for your commitment to attend all six classes.
