From the Melting Pot

The Sweetwater County Museum and Rock Springs Historical Museum are sponsoring the next "From the Melting Pot" cooking class on Saturday, May 7, at Expedition Island in Green River.  In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Emilia Ortiz will teach people to cook chile rellenos.  Spots for the cooking class are limited, so those interested should call the Rock Springs Historical Museum or Sweetwater County Museum as soon as possible.  There is a charge for the class.  The money will be donated to the cook's favorite charity.  The class starts at 9a.m. and runs until noon.
