Castle Rock Medical Center Health Fair 2026
We are gearing up for our annual health fair. Take advantage of discounted lab and radiology testing during our testing days in February. Results can be picked up and reviewed on Saturday, February 28, from 9:00 to 11:30 am, at the Castle Rock Medical Center. The fair also includes blood pressure checks, local healthcare providers and informative wellness and fitness booths.
