Weight Training Clinic

All youth ages 12-15, do you want to get into shape join us in the weight room to learn the proper techniques for using equipment. Class sizes is limited so register early.  Admission to the Recreation Center plus class fee of $3.00 is required or if you know you'll be using the Recreation Center more often now that you'll be able to the facilities work out equipment, get a monthly pass for only $25.00 per youth which includes all classes.
