The Rock Springs MainStreet/URA will be hosting a very special New Year's Eve celebration. Top Hats and Tiaras presented by Infinity Power and Controls. Friday, December 31, 2010 at 7:00p.m. at the Rock Springs Holiday Inn. Dinner, dancing, silent auction, and special New Year's Toast. $2,011 cash prize winner at midnight. Tickets: $200/Couple.
