DESCRIPTION:It's that time again... the Western Wyoming SPE's Annual Crawfish and Shrimp Boil is coming back!!!!!\n\n\n\nThis year the event will be held on Saturday May 3rd\, 2014 at the Sweetwater County Events Complex.  It will begin at 11:00 am with a cash beer bar and the all you can eat "feed".  Tickets are $20 in advance at both the Green River and Rock Springs Chamber's\, or $25.00 at the door.  Kids under 6 eat free.\n\n\n\nWe will be having the comeback of our Crawfish Eating Contest which we are hoping with enough support and participation to be holding annually.  We have decided that if there is enough interest we will have an adults and a kids eating contest.  Contact me to register your team.  I can email you a contest form.  DJ services will be provided by Shamrocks and Shenanigans with Johnny K from KQSW.\n\n\n\nIf you would like to volunteer by helping with the event please contact me.  If you have items for giveaways such as hats\, jackets\, T-shirts\, key chains\, etc.. Please let me know.\n\n\n\nThe event is to show our appreciation for all of the employees who work in the oil and gas industry and their families and friends.  It is an opportunity to show the rest of the community who we are and how much we appreciate them as well. \n\n\n\nLast year the SPE raised over $27\,000 for scholarships for local students.  Our goals for this year are even more aggressive\, we hope to make each of our fundraisers an even bigger success so that we may increase our scholarships for local youth.\n\n\n\nWe cannot do this alone!  It will require the support of the community through attendance\, participation and funding of our events.  Any contribution you can offer us is a donation or sponsor that we didn't start with.  Any and all donations/sponsorships are very much appreciated!!!!\n\n\n\nAll sponsors and volunteers will be invited to hang a banner/sign inside or on the fence outside the hall during the event.  Everyone will be responsible for their own banners and signs. \n\n\n\nIf you would like to be a sponsor of this year's event\, please send your donations to SPE Crawfish Boil\, PO Box 1236\, RS\, Wy 82902 or contact Josette if you need a tax ID number and or receipt.
