DESCRIPTION:Santa is coming to town! Join the Chamber in their annual celebration of Santa's ArrivalJoin the Chamber in its annual celebration of Santa's Arrival. This year's celebration is made possible by the generous donation of the United Transportation Union Local 1857. Prior to Santa visiting with all the grade school age children\, he will lead the Lighted Kiddie Parade in the City of Green River's vintage fire truck around the pathway at Expedition Island. Line up for Parade will be a 5:45 p.m.\, directly following the Parade Santa will be handing out goodie bag to the children in the Pavilion. The Chamber will be providing free hot cocoa\, popcorn and crafts for the children while they wait to see Santa. Jill Carpenter's Middle School Choir will be signing for participants while they wait beginning at 6 p.m. Following the Choir's presentation the movie Polar Express will be played.
