DESCRIPTION:Snowflakes fly and bitter temperatures blanket Wyoming\, but in the midst of it all\, pristine sculpted ice creates a dream like atmosphere in the City of Green River.  Join us for a weekend of winter fun at the 2015 Crystal Classic Winter Festival.  Green River Expedition Island will be alive with lights\, music\, decorations\, food\, professional ice sculpting\, and fun competitions for all ages to enjoy.\n\n\n\nThings kick off Friday evening at 4:30 PM with an Individual People's Choice Professional Ice Carving Event\, followed by a Soup Cook Off Competition\, Live Band\, Ice Bar\, and S'mores Station.\n\n\n\nThe fun continues with a jam packed Saturday\, beginning with the Pancake Brekafast in the pavilion. The rest of the day includes the 5K Fronstbite/Crystal Classic Walk/Run\, Individual NICA Ice Sculpting Event\, Snow Boot Softball Tournament\, and Ice Cude Hunt for ages 3-12.\n\n\n\nFood vendors will be present and the Pavilion will be open the entire event\, for a place to eat and warm up while all the festivities are taking place.
