DESCRIPTION:The public is invited to join the Green River Arts Council as we welcome over a dozen local and regional artists to "Artoberfest."  The event will occur on October 5th from 10am to 5pm at the Expedition Island Pavilion.  The event is free and open to the pubic.\n\n	A wide variety of art will be available to view and purchase such as original woodcut prints by Ellen Newell\, watercolors by Angelina Bennet\, and fused glass creations by Donna Ragsdale.\n\n	The artists will be showcasing and selling pieces against the backdrop of live entertainment\, food\, and libations.  Popular local performers include Amy Rasdall and Jeremy Smolik.  Carl's Barbecue will be on hand to supply patrons with BBQ of all kinds\, and a cash bar will be provided by the Ponderosa. \n\n	Artoberfest is a fundraiser for the Green River Arts Council\, which also sponsors "Painting with a Twist" and Art on the Green.  Proceeds will be used to create opportunities to enhance Green River through the arts.
