SUMMARY:All Breed Trail Series - Mustang Versatility
DESCRIPTION:The BLM will be hosting a number of fun and informational events this summer. The series will feature the Mustangs but all horse breeds are welcome. The events will include trail riding\, games\, timed events and an obstacle course. Kathi Fine with the BLM and Deb Sundberg are working to showcase the "Mustang" and encourage those who have adopted a Mustang to bring them to the event. The Series is open to all horses\, so bring your domestic breed horse too. If you are looking for a sturdy dependable horse and think a Mustang may be just the thing for you\, adoptions will be held at each series as well\n\n \n\nHave a problem horse or need some training tips? There will be hands on demonstrations at each event by Ron Sundberg after the morning trail ride. Ron will pull a name out of the "hat" and work with as many horses as time allows. \n\n \n\nOkay\, so maybe you don't own a Mustang bring any breed of horse to the event . All are welcome! All ages are welcome as well\; any competitor/rider under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate.\n\n\n\nEach Series will have a high pointcertificate given out to the participants\, then at the year end event high points accumulated will receive a belt buckle or plaque (to receive year end awards you must have a paid membership) . Divisions will be youth divisions 12 years and under\, 13 -18 years\, and Adult 19 years and older\, for both Mustang and domestic categories. There are daily prizes given out at each event. \n\n \n\nThanks to sponsors for the Series\; PM Auto Glass Inc.\, Primetime Production\, Shadow Mountain\, Green River Chamber and the BLM Wild Horse and Burro Program.
