Wyoming Chocolate Festival

Event Description
The Wyoming Chocolate Festival will take place on Friday, February 4, 2011 and Saturday, February 5, 2011, at the Rock Springs Civic Center. The festival will celebrate its fifth anniversary with the publication of a cookbook filled with recipes from the festival's previous entries. Adults will have their own night on February 4th. Attendees can sample chocolate liqueurs and enjoy a cash bar while enjoying more sophisticated chocolate treats and listening to live music. February 5th will be Kid's Day and feature coloring contests, a class teaching kids how to work with fondant, a cooking decorating contest and prizes geared to children. Tickets to the festival are $15 per person for the February 4th event, while tickets are $6 per person for the February 5th event. Anyone entering a chocolate dish will receive a free ticket to the chocolate festival. The deadline for entries is Tuesday, February 1, 2011.
